Description:
A Helicopter approaches “The Kennedy” a recently commissioned deep sea drilling platform still undergoing trials of a new blowout preventer (BOP), and drilling technology before moving to even deeper waters.
The helicopter is carrying a mix of engineers, scientists, drivers and an executive to troubleshoot issues with the BOP that have prevented drilling on the rig. The rig itself a skeleton crew, most having been sent on shore leave while it is shutdown.
As the helicopter approaches the rig and unexpected storm draws in.
